What kinds of parties?
- Milestones. Cocktails on the terrace, dinner at a long table, toasts that run long. The one they talk about.
- Showers and brunch. Breakfast tacos, kolaches, something sweet, strong coffee. Pretty enough for the photos.
- Rehearsal dinner. Smaller, louder, nicer than it needs to be. Nothing like Saturday.
- The whole crew. Brisket and tacos for fifty, reunions and the block party, set out right.
Where do we start?
Start from a menu package, or tell us the occasion and we write one.
- Tex-Mex Spread. Austin's favorite. Never the wrong call for a crowd.
- Hill Country BBQ. Brisket, ribs, and sausage on butcher paper.
- Hill Country Brunch. The shower and the brunch. Breakfast tacos, kolaches, something sweet.
- Cocktail Party. The milestone birthday on its feet. Passed bites and boards all night.
How does booking work?
- Tell us the date. A few picks in the planner, or one email. Headcount and the place if you have them.
- Get the proposal. A menu built for your crowd within two business days. Swap anything until it reads like you.
- Hold the date. Sign and put down 50%. The date is yours, and nobody else gets it.
- Show up hungry. Final counts three weeks out, the balance two weeks out. We cook, we serve, we clean up. You raise the glass.
One contract for everyone, and the full terms are public on the contract page. No surprises on the invoice.
How big or small?
From a dinner for a handful to the whole family reunion. The crew grows with the room.
Can you do it at our house?
Yes. Our own chefs, crew, and equipment, at any address you choose. A full breakdown after the last guest.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Always. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies, marked on every menu.
How far ahead should we book?
Saturdays go first, so send the date early. A proposal comes back within two business days.
What does it cost?
It depends on the menu, the service style, and the count, so every party gets its own proposal. Pick a budget range in the planner and we build to it.
